Aspirant, a Pittsburgh-based global management consulting and
technology firm, has acquired HR Imagined, an outsourced HR
solution organization that provides on-demand HR services for
small- to mid-market businesses.
This acquisition will expand Aspirant’s Organizational Effectiveness service
area to include additional HR-based offerings across the
employee life cycle, including HR transformation, outsourced HR,
and HR technology. As part of the acquisition, HR Imagined
President Cheryl Paxton-Hughes will join Aspirant as an Engagement
Manager in the Organizational Effectiveness service area.
