Related to the previous conversation on Product Development Episode 3 with John Davis, one of the ways that product development has changed is that there are these new roles in product development: roles such as an agile coach and a scrum master. What are they? How do I become qualified to get one of these roles? What is the difference between these roles and the more traditional role of a project manager?
