Just announced this week, the Xfinity City Series is a 3 month-long series of tournaments where gamers across five cities (Baltimore, Boston, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Washington, DC) can compete against other local gamers to win prizes while building a local community of gamers that live nearby.

  • FORTNITE - JANUARY
  • ROCKET LEAGUE - FEBRUARY
  • SUPER SMASH BROS - MARCH

Champions in each city will win great prizes AND have a chance to play in a livestream event with nationally-renowned gamer Kyle “Bugha” Giersdorf. He was 2019 Fortnite World Cup champion and 2019 esports Player of the Year.

For information or to register to play, go to: missioncontrol.gg/xfinitycityseries. Registration for that closes on January 13. Games begin on January 18. The complete schedule for all the games is there, as well as the registration deadlines, and the entire series runs through early April.

Each month features a new game, a new league, and a new chance to be crowned City Champion.
